I want to recognize Lindsey Pryor for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. After being a State Farm customer with an overall positive experience, I had decided to move my insurance to another company due to significant increases in my premiums over the past two to three years. Even after I explained that I was leaving, Lindsey showed genuine concern and took the time to understand why my rates had increased so dramatically.

Rather than simply accepting my decision to leave, Lindsey took it upon herself to dig deeper into my account to investigate what had happened. She discovered a system error that wasn’t readily apparent and took the additional steps necessary to identify the issue, request further information, and ultimately help secure a refund for me. What impressed me most was that she followed through and personally called me back to explain her findings and the resolution, even though she knew I had already established coverage with another insurance company.

That level of dedication speaks volumes about Lindsey’s character and commitment to her customers. She wasn’t just trying to retain my business; she genuinely wanted to make sure the situation was corrected and that I received an explanation for what had happened. She thanked me for my business, treated me with kindness and professionalism, and reassured me that I could reach out to her personally if I ever had questions or wanted to return to State Farm.

First, I was told I needed my mortgage loan number which they had on file, secondly they asked me what the new quote numbers were they just sent me (which they had). Then the person wanted my odometer readings. After all this hassle and asking me all of these questions, the person wanted to charge me more than the quote they had provided to me one day earlier. I couldn't believe it. Brian koenig needs to do a better job on who they hire or else his business will decline!"
